Ear Molding Services in NYC

Ear molding takes advantage of an infant’s soft and pliable cartilage and allows us to place silicone devices to non-surgically correct (mold) the ear into the desired shape. Ideally, ear molding begins at 2 weeks of life but can still show results if initiated later in life. The devices are placed in the office without any pain or need for anesthesia.
The molding device must be worn constantly for a period of 2-6 weeks for optimal results (older infants require longer molding times). We offer children a non-surgical, scar-less alternative for correcting abnormally shaped ears. The following are common types of ear deformities that we treat:

The devices are placed on your child’s ear using an adhesive tape and often require reapplication within 2 weeks.
